Coal Creek Sole Co LLC refunds eligible Xero ShoesN orders after the warehouse checks the pair in. Refunds post to the original payment method once inspection finishes.

Exchanges do not carry a restocking fee. Final-sale items are excluded. Warranty claims for a worn-through FeelTrue sole follow the 5,000-mile coverage on the warranty page.
